What is your return policy?
We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Product is not as described

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- A replacement product
- An exchange
When will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Instructions
You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We sell new and used items. If the item is sold as used, then it can be returned if it is in as sold, resaleable condition. If the item is sold as new, then it must be returned in new and undamaged, unused condition. If a customer wishes to cancel an order after it has shipped, then the item must be returned unopened, in the original mailer or shipping box, for a refund to be possible. CDs cannot be returned. (Defective CDs will be replaced.) The few other items we sell that are nonreturnable are listed that way. On all returns, the buyer pays return shipping. Items that qualify for a return must be received within 21 days of purchase date.
